Here is the construction process we will follow when building or renovating your home.
Once you’ve made contact with us, we will send you a detailed questionnaire that gives us all the information we need to understand your building project.
Once you’ve completed the questionnaire, we will organise a time to meet face-to-face and go through your build in more detail. This gives us a chance to clarify exactly what you need, and gives you a chance to get to know us and ask all those questions you have about the building process.
If you don’t already have plans, we can recommend one of our highly experienced, local architects to get started on your design.
If you’re happy to go ahead with Nu-Stone, we will send you a preliminary agreement that allows us to go ahead and prepare a quote for your build. This is an important step as it ensures you receive a detailed and accurate costing of your project.
Once you’ve received your quote, we will sit down and review the costing and make any necessary adjustments to your build to ensure you’re happy with your building budget.
Once you’ve approved your budget, we will prepare a building contract. Once you’ve signed the contract and are happy to go ahead, we can begin the building process.
Now all the paperwork is out of the way, we can get on with building your dream home. Whether it’s a small renovation, or large new family home, we guarantee to build a home you’ll love.
We will provide you with regular progress updates, and will organise weekly site meetings with you so you can see how your build is progressing. And if you have any questions along the way, feel free to contact us and we’ll answer them.
Once we’ve finished the build, we will get your home ready for you to move in. This includes cleaning your home to the highest standards. You won’t need to do anything else but bring the furniture! It’s time to enjoy your new home
