This exiting build involved the construction of four, luxury, over 55s apartments. The centrepiece of this build was the glass, internal lift, servicing all four units and the basement. Each unit contained three bedrooms, plus modern kitchens and bathrooms, to create a generous and luxurious living space, close to the beach and Newport shops.
