Ponsonby Parade, Seaforth

This project involved the complete transformation of an old, existing house into a luxury new home. We added a second story to the house, containing four bedrooms, a sitting room, plus a stylish ensuite and main bathroom. We completely renovated the ground floor, to create a light, modern and open living space; while also building a side-extension for a brand new kitchen and deck area, with a new garage underneath. The project was completed with a new pool, deck and landscaping to match the modern and welcoming interiors.
